BAMBRICK is one of Queensland’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies.

Currently, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to help with many aspects of Digital Marketing for 100’s of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia’s best-known brands).

IMPORTANT: No Digital marketing agency experience necessary.

At this stage, we are open to ALL APPLICATIONS with Advertising and Marketing experience.

If you have agency experience, definitely let us know about it – but if not, then don’t let that stop you.

NOTE: These roles are office-based in Brisbane CBD.

Additional things we would like to hear about, in no particular order are:

  • Agency Experience – not a necessity, but if in any capacity, let us know what you’ve done.
  • Client Management Experience – again, not a necessity but if you have it, tell us about it.
  • Data/analytics experience – Do you have experience on any of these key digital marketing platforms? If so, tell us about it.

  • We DON’T design logos, come up with funny slogans, or write catchy jingles.
  • We DO help hundreds of Australian businesses to squeeze the absolute most out of every single dollar that they spend on digital marketing.
  • That involves, but isn’t limited to, management and optimisation of:
    • Search Engine Optimisation campaigns
    • Google Ad campaigns
    • Facebook Ad campaigns
    • Instagram Ad campaigns
    • LinkedIn Ad campaigns
  • We manage millions of dollars in digital marketing budget every year.
  • We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take what we do seriously as we know what an impact it has on people’s businesses when we get it wrong or right.
  • We’ve been in business for 25 years.
  • We have approx. 35 people on the team and continue to grow.
  • Our office is located in Brisbane CBD.
  • Our clients vary across pretty much every industry you can think of.

What do the roles entail?

In a nutshell, our Digital Marketing Account Managers spend their days meeting with clients, coordinating campaigns and optimising strategies in order to help customers improve the return on investment of every dollar they spend on digital marketing.

What does that look like?

At a guess, it would break down like this:

  1. Meeting with clients (30% of the time) – either in person in our Brisbane CBD head office OR on Video Conference.
  2. Planning campaign strategy (10% of the time) – working with our internal team of digital marketing subject matter experts to help clients achieve their objectives.
  3. Coordinating campaigns (30% of the time) – speaking with customers via phone and email to ensure campaigns are progressing and having a positive impact on their businesses.
  4. Delivering monthly and quarterly progress reports (15% of the time) – helping customers accurately attribute the value of their digital marketing efforts and educating them on where else they could be improving.
  5. Client Education and Answering Queries (15% of the time) – answering clients’ questions about both their campaigns specifically and the ever-changing world of digital marketing as a whole.
