BAMBRICK is one of Queensland’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies. Currently, we are looking for a social manager to join the team and deliver a best-in-class experience for our varied client base. You will get the opportunity to work with 100’s of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia’s best-known brands).

At this stage, we are open to ALL APPLICATIONS that have Social Advertising experience.

IMPORTANT: Some experience is necessary, BUT all training will be provided so…If in doubt, apply anyway, and please directly reference your Social Ads experience in your cover letter.

NOTE: These roles are office-based in Brisbane CBD.

What do the roles entail?

  • In a nutshell, our Social Ad Managers spend their days setting up, running and optimising Meta Ad campaigns, in order to help customers drastically improve the return on investment they get from their digital ad campaigns.
  • What does that look like?
  • At a guess, it would break down like this:
    • Building / setting up campaigns – 20% of the time
    • Active management of campaigns – 55% of the time
    • Helping project managers answer client questions – 10% of the time
    • Helping project managers with client reporting – 10% of the time
    • Training and upskilling the team – 5% of the time
