Secure Shell (SSH) is a remote administration protocol that allows users to modify and control their remote servers over the Internet. When a client connects to a server over SSH, the machine can be controlled like a local computer.

SSH creates a safe, encrypted connection between the client and the server. From here, you can easily transfer data between the connected machines or run commands that you cannot do with your account’s included hosting control panel.

We only provide full SSH access by default on all Cloud/VPS plans and provide jailed access upon request for reseller accounts and standard web hosting packages. To request this you will need to submit a ticket and include why you require the access.

If you need more assistance with SSH access, please don’t hesitate to contact your account manager.
