Google Remarketing works using the IP address of the computer that views your website, not the specific user. To stop a person or group of people from seeing your remarketing ads, you will need to send us their IP and our Brisbane-based Google Ads team can manually build the exclusion into your campaign.

It’s important to keep in mind that showing one remarketing banner to one person only costs your campaign a fraction of a cent. So, if you’re wanting to exclude certain people — say, members of your company — from the list so as not to waste budget, that ‘waste’ is often negligible and not worth worrying about.
